What is Multi-Server?
Multi-Server is a feature that allows you to create and manage multiple game accounts on separate servers, each with its own progress and rewards. All accounts are linked to a single universal account, so you can easily switch between them and explore the game on different servers with fresh challenges, fair competition, and new opportunities.
Note: A Universal Account is your main account that links all your game accounts across servers, making it easy to access and manage each one from a single login.
What Will Happen to My Already Existing Progression?
Your existing progress is safe and stored on a designated “vanilla” server, where your original account remains unchanged. You can access this account and continue your progression anytime you want, just as before. Multi-Server adds the option to start fresh on additional servers while keeping your original progression intact and accessible.
How do you start a journey on a new server?
Creating an account on a different server is simple and just a few taps away:
Make sure to link your current progress with one option that suits you the most (Facebook, Google Account, Apple Account, Gmail, Game Center).
Go to Settings in your game (icon with three dots and lines).
Tap Account, then choose Switch Server.
You’ll see a list of available servers categorized by region or language—choose the one you prefer.
You’re not limited by region or zone when creating accounts, meaning you can start fresh on any server of your choice, exploring different regions and meeting new players along the way.
Restrictions:
One Account Per Server: You can only create and manage one account per server, ensuring that each account’s progress is unique.
Region-Based Account Creation Limits: When you create an account in a region (e.g., EU), there will be a temporary cooldown before you can create another account on any server within the same region. However, you can still create accounts in other regions (e.g., US). The game will display the cooldown and notify you if it applies.

How are Progress and Purchases Managed Across Servers?
Each account’s progress, currency, and purchases are specific to the server where they were made, so all accounts remain independent. Purchases made on one server do not transfer or provide benefits on other servers. For example, purchases made on Server-1 stay only on Server-1, with no access or advantages provided on any other server.
Note: VIP status and other benefits from purchases are exclusive to the server where the purchase was made. Each account is a unique experience with its rewards, progress, and purchases.
