Depending on your Apple device model, follow these quick steps to fully close the app:

📱 For Devices Without a Home Button (Face ID)

(iPhone X or newer, iPad Pro, iPad Air without a home button)

  1. From the game's screen, swipe up from the very bottom edge of the screen and pause slightly in the middle until the App Switcher appears.

  2. Swipe left or right to scroll through your open apps until you find the Idle Outpost preview window.

  3. Swipe firmly straight up on the game's preview window to toss it off the top of the screen.

🔘 For Devices With a Home Button (Touch ID)

(iPhone 8 or older, standard iPad models)

  1. Double-click the physical Home button on your device to open your recent apps list.

  2. Swipe left or right to locate the Idle Outpost preview window.
