Threads are specific game items that you use to upgrade your flag. There are 2 types of threads in the game: common (orange) and golden thread.  Both are used to upgrade flags. 

You can get threads: 

• in the events, 
• in the shop,
• in the arena daily rating,
• as a reward for an arena title.
